Size: Two, two-story buildings, 65,000 sf total

Structure: Load-bearing masonry exterior walls, with structural steel interior columns.  Elevated floor framed with concrete slab on composite metal deck and composite steel beams.  Roof system consists of bar joists and metal roof deck.

Service: HSI Engineering’s president was the project manager and primary structural engineer for this project.  Project designed while employed at former company.
