Size: Three-story, 18,000 sf

Structure: Load-bearing exterior masonry walls with interior structural steel columns.  Elevated floor constructed with lightweight concrete on composite metal deck and composite steel beams.  Roof framed with light-gauge pre-engineered trusses and metal roof deck.

Service: HSI Engineering’s president was the Structural Engineer of Record for this project.  Project designed while employed at former company.
