Size: Four buildings for a total of 168,500 sf (Buildings 1 & 2 not constructed)
Structure: Load-bearing tilt-up concrete walls, structural steel interior columns and storefront columns, structural steel roof beams, roof bar joists and metal roof deck.
Service: HSI Engineering’s president was the Structural Engineer of Record for buildings 1, 2 and 3 and project manager for building 4. Projects designed while employed at former company.
