Description: Renovation of the historic El Centro Español de Tampa building for the Hillsborough Education Foundation
Structure: Structural scope included reinforcing the existing stage for new storage rack loading, analysis of existing structure for new moveable partition and new openings.
Service: HSI Engineering’s president was the Structural Engineer of Record for this project. Project designed while employed at former company.
