I-275 Aesthetic Towers

Architect: Hoffman Architects, PA

Contractor: Skanska/Ajax Joint Venture

Location: Tampa, FL – Towers located at Lois Ave,  Dale Mabry Ave, Armenia Ave and Howard Ave.

Structure: Towers at Lois and Dale Mabry constructed of structural steel HSS frames and clad with architectural fiberglass.  Towers at Armenia and Howard constructed of concrete columns, beams and masonry and clad with brick and precast concrete.

Service: HSI Engineering’s president was the Structural Engineer of Record for this project.  Project designed while employed at former company.
