Size: Nine building campus for 272,500 sf total

Structure: Load-bearing tilt-up concrete walls, interior steel columns, exterior concrete columns, elevated floor consists of concrete slab on metal deck over floor bar joists, roof framed with steel beams, bar joists and metal roof deck.

Service: HSI Engineering’s president was the Structural Engineer of Record for this project.  Project design while employed at former company.
