Size: 1,200 addition and 4,500 sf renovation

Structure: New entrance canopy framed with structural steel beams and columns.  New addition framed with load-bearing masonry walls, elevated levels framed with concrete on metal deck and bar joists, roof framed with bar joists and roof deck.

Service: HSI Engineering’s president was the Structural Engineer of Record for this project.  Project designed while employed at former company.
