Size: Three-story, 53,000 sf medical building

Structure: Steel column, composite steel beams and metal floor deck, bar joist roof with metal roof deck.  Lateral resisting system cast-in-place concrete shear walls.  Exterior building clad with architectural precast concrete.

Service: HSI Engineering’s president was the Structural Engineer of Record for this project.  Project designed while employed at former company.
